GENERAL INFORMATION
- The Poster should be a clear visual presentation of your submitted abstract and must meet the following criteria as specified in the Technical Instructions.
- Poster presenters who decide to be virtually present are required to submit:
- An e-Poster
- A Narrative e-Poster Video Presentation (Duration: 3 minutes).
TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS
Title of the e-Poster
The title of the e-Poster should be the same as the submitted abstract. Any slight modification which does not change the idea of the abstract is allowed.
Poster size and format
- To get the poster template, please click HERE.
- The Poster should be on a single page, A0 size, in portrait orientation.
- To ensure good legibility we recommend that you use at least 24 pt as the font size for the body of text.
Content of the e-Poster
- The e-Poster should contain:
- Title
- Authors and affiliation(s)
- Background (introduction, problem statement, aim of study)
- Methodology
- Results
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgment, if any
- The e-Poster should be written in English. Try to keep the text clear and concise. It is recommended to use explanatory illustrations instead of text whenever possible.
Table(s) and Illustration(s)
- Participants are encouraged to use tables and illustrations such as charts, graphs, figures, and images, to attract more attention and make it easy to follow.
- Use only static images and DO NOT embed any videos, animations or audio in the e-Poster.
Submission of e-Poster
- The e-Poster must be submitted in .pdf format.
- Maximum file size is 5 MB.
- Submit the e-Poster to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and indicate the file as abstractcode_IC3D2024.pdf (upon abstract acceptance, the participants will be given an abstract code).
- e-Poster submission deadline is 30th April 2024.
Submission of Narrative e-Poster
- e-Poster presenters are also required to submit a 3-minute Narrative e-Poster Video Presentation.
