It is our pleasure to welcome you as a presenter at the International Conference on Drug Discovery & Development (IC3D). We kindly ask you to follow the instructions below to ensure your presentation goes smoothly.
REGISTRATION
- Please note that your abstract’s inclusion in the final programme is dependent on you completing your registration.
- To register for IC3D, click HERE if you have not already done so.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
- Each participant is only allowed to submit one abstract. To get the abstract template, please click HERE.
- To submit your abstract, click HERE.
- Upon submission, your abstract will be reviewed by appointed referees. Participants are required to revise the abstract based on the referee’s comments and resubmit it (if requested).
- The number of accepted Oral presentations is limited to physically presenting participants only and will be given based on a first-come-first-served basis as well as upon referee recommendations. Upon revision, abstracts that are not recommended for oral presentation by the referee will be accepted for a poster presentation.
- The abstract acceptance will be emailed to the participants between two to four weeks after the abstract submission deadline.
- Upon acceptance, participants will receive another email from the Scientific Committee of IC3D 2024 with proofread abstracts and abstract codes. Participants are required to acknowledge the proofread and make necessary final changes if any.
- Participants should prepare the Oral presentation or Poster/e-Poster by following the respective guidelines.
- The Oral and Poster/e-Poster presentation will be categorized into three categories:
- Physiology, Pharmacology and Toxicology
- Drug Discovery and Medicinal Chemistry
- Drug Delivery and Formulation
- e-Poster presenters will be required to submit a short video narrative for their posters.
- The committee will select winners for the best Oral, Poster and e-Poster presenter from each category.
- The abstract submission deadline is 31 January 2024 29 February 2024.
