Participants who are accepted for oral presentations must be present at the designated time for their presentation.
The presentation should meet the following criteria.
The presentation should be in English.
The title page should contain the title, authors, and affiliations.
The presentation should cover the background (introduction, problem statement, aim of study), methods, results, conclusion, references and acknowledgment.
It is recommended to use characters, images, illustrations, or animations to help convey the research clearly to the audience.
In the programme, time slots of 10 minutes with 3 minutes of Question & Answer each are reserved for parallel oral sessions. The detailed schedule will be available two weeks before the conference date.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR PRESENTATION
Check in at the Secretariat Room (located close to the Breakout Rooms on Level 2) at least three hours before your session starts and provide a copy of your presentation to the technical staff. Even if you have submitted your presentation in advance please still visit the secretariat room to check that it has been received and the formatting is satisfactory.
All presentations will be uploaded at the latest one hour before the first speaker begins.
Please note, you will not be able to play your presentation directly from your laptop and you must visit the secretariat room to provide us with your presentation.
Please come to your assigned session room 10 minutes in advance to fine-tune the session with the session chairs and other presenters.
Every room is equipped with a laptop, projector and screen. A microphone for the speaker and a second microphone is also available.
Technical assistance will be available in each room.
Session chairs will introduce each presenter.
Session chairs will advise you when you have 3 and 1 minute remaining.
Please be respectful of your fellow presenters and their allocated time by staying within the time allowed and complying with the session chairs if they ask you to wrap up.
